Managing Director

Phil founded the company in 2003 and has grown Tangent into a formidable global events and market development company in the aerospace and defence industry.

Sophie Spence

Head of Defence Portfolio

Sophie has been with the company nearly five years and heads up the defence portfolio of events - most notably the renowned electronic warfare series.

Lauran Allen

Head of Aerospace Portfolio

Tangent Link's aerospace portfolio is Lauran's responsibility and she is successfully developing the aerial firefighting series to be an essential inclusion in the worldwide event calendar.

Finance & HR Manager

Having joined Tangent Link in 2013, Diane is responsible for the financial and HR management of the company.
