EWATT’s Shows Off Fire-fighting Drone


A Fire Extinguishing Bomb Dropping System

Wuhan-based Ewatt Aerospace was showing off this EWZ H6 Electric Hexcopter UAV in a fire-fighting role at the recent Zhuhai show. It can fly up to 65 minutes and carry a 7kg (15lb) load. A Fire Extinguishing Bomb Dropping System was on display close by (see main image below), as well as a Window Breaking System which can be fitted to the Hexcopter.


The Bomb Dropping System can hold two bombs full of powder which are dropped on the fire (see video below). Ewatt Aerospace told the author that they started selling the system in 2015 and to date had sold around 100 of them to the fire-fighting industry.
